Working within the Operations team, you’ll take a hands-on role across workplace services, supplier management, reporting, systems and improvement initiatives, helping us continually evolve the experience we provide for our people and clients.\nIt’s a varied role, combining day-to-day workplace operations with projects and longer-term improvements. You could be analysing workplace data, working with a supplier, coordinating an office move or supporting changes to the way our spaces are designed and used.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nSupporting the delivery of employee-facing workplace services across our UK estate.\nTaking ownership of lower-tier service contracts, monitoring supplier performance and service quality.\nWorking closely with suppliers, tracking performance against agreed standards and maintaining accurate records.\nProducing reporting and analysing data to generate workplace insights and identify opportunities to improve our services.\nSupporting financial processes, including purchase orders, invoices and budget and cost tracking.\nHelping maintain governance frameworks to support consistent and compliant service delivery.\nSupporting workplace design and change initiatives, coordinating suppliers and activities while minimising disruption to the business.\nHelping manage workplace environments and services, including wellbeing spaces, the Fitness Centre and artwork across the estate.\nSupporting workplace and building systems and maintaining information on platforms including Glider and BIM/Revit records.\nManaging workplace processes including storage, neighbourhood space allocations and drawing updates.\nTaking ownership of workplace moves in line with our workplace principles.\nSupporting the ongoing development and implementation of workplace policies, processes and principles.\nWhat we're looking for:\nWe’re looking for someone who understands that a great workplace is about more than the physical environment. It’s about how spaces, services, suppliers, systems and processes come together to create a positive experience for the people using them.\nYou’ll be organised, proactive and comfortable balancing operational detail with the bigger picture.
