Based in London, you’ll lead the services, systems and supplier partnerships that keep our buildings safe, sustainable and operating at their best.\nActing as the senior point of contact for building-related matters, you’ll oversee a broad portfolio spanning hard and soft facilities management, while shaping the longer-term strategy for building performance, service quality and sustainability.\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nLeading technical and facilities management services across our UK offices\nOverseeing mechanical and electrical engineering, fabric maintenance, BMS, CAFM, planned and reactive maintenance, energy metering and technical security systems\nManaging services including cleaning, security, waste, pest control, plants, porterage, moves, signage and wayfinding\nBuilding strong supplier relationships and driving performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety, building regulations and environmental standards\nLeading BREEAM and WELL management in support of the firm’s ESG commitments\nManaging budgets, service charges and utilities, identifying efficiencies and ensuring value for money\nDeveloping long-term improvement plans and leading change with minimal disruption to the business\nDriving innovation and automation to continuously improve service delivery\nLeading and developing the team, supporting resilience, succession planning and professional growth \nYou’ll join a collaborative global Operations function where you’ll have the opportunity to influence strategy, lead meaningful improvements and make a visible impact on the experience of our people and clients.\nWhat we're looking for:\nWe’re looking for an experienced technical and building services leader who can combine strong engineering knowledge with commercial judgement, strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to service excellence.\nYou’ll bring:\nSignificant experience leading building or facilities management across a complex estate, ideally within a global professional services environment\nA strong technical and engineering background across mechanical and electrical services\nExperience managing both hard and soft facilities management services\nWorking knowledge of BMS, CAFM, PPM regimes, energy metering and lighting controls\nRecognised health and safety expertise, ideally supported by a relevant professional qualification\nA strong track record in supplier, contract and performance management\nExperience managing budgets, controlling costs and delivering measurable value\nThe confidence to resolve complex supplier issues and build effective, long-term partnerships\nKnowledge of building sustainability, environmental performance and wellbeing standards\nProven people leadership experience, with a focus on development, resilience and succession planning\nThis role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating complexity and bringing together people, suppliers and technology to deliver consistently excellent services.\nWhat's on offer:\nThis role will be based in our London office, and is a fully on-site role.
