engineering changes on the production line.\n· Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems, and technical competencies.\n· Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and quality teams to achieve operational objectives.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).\n\n5+ years of Experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations.\n\nStrong understanding of process optimization, production systems, and quality management principles.\n\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment.\n\nProficiency in data analysis and process improvement tools.\n\nExcellent analytical with an eye for details, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nVery good written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nStrong technical reporting and documentation skills.\n\nProficiency in engineering software and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).\n\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly techniques.\n\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.\n\nKnowledge of quality management systems and inspection requirements.\n\nKey
