We’ve already partnered with TikTok, Snap, YouTube, Spotify, Stripe and Amazon - your job is to make that ecosystem worth more than the sum of its logos.\nMost of all, you’ll help Linktree achieve our mission: to empower anyone to curate and grow their digital universe.\nWhat You’ll Own\nOwn the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for Link Apps and third-party integrations.\nDecide which integrations we build, deepen or sunset - and own the criteria behind those calls.\nPartner with the Link Apps engineering squad to ship reliable, well-instrumented integrations against third-party APIs and SDKs.\nWork with Partnerships and Business Development to turn partner relationships into shipped creator value.\nDefine the metrics that matter for the ecosystem - adoption, activation and retention lift per Link App - and hold the team to moving them.\nRun an experimentation cadence that turns hypotheses about discovery, setup and usage into shipped improvements.\nImprove the partner and developer experience so each new integration gets faster to build than the last.\nInfluence senior stakeholders and adjacent product teams to align on ecosystem priorities.\nWho We’re Looking For\n4-5+ years of product management experience, including hands-on ownership of platform, API or third-party integration products.\nA track record of shipping integrations or partner surfaces that moved meaningful adoption, engagement or revenue metrics.\nTechnical fluency - you reason confidently about APIs, SDKs, auth flows and partner constraints, and you’re credible in conversation with engineers.\nStrong data fluency - comfortable with funnels, cohort analysis and A/B testing, and able to separate signal from noise.\nExperience working alongside partnerships or business development teams, balancing partner asks against creator value.\nYou partner effectively with engineering, design, data and marketing, and influence without formal authority.\nYou thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and use build-measure-learn cycles to ship and iterate.\nYou’re comfortable working across US and AU time zones, remote or hybrid from one of our offices.\nLinktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $180,000 - $210,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.\nP.S.
