You’ll join a tight-knit team of Implementation Specialists and Project Managers who turn ambitious onboarding plans into real, working systems - fast. Expect to think on your feet, test bold ideas, and iterate until you’ve found the formula that clicks for each customer. It’s part strategist, part technologist, part storyteller - and entirely driven by the belief that a great first experience changes everything. We're looking for someone genuinely curious - always testing new ideas, comfortable challenging their own assumptions, and driven to find a better way of doing things.\nTechnically minded, with a basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect and exchange data\n\nAI-curious rather than an AI expert: you don't need to arrive as an AI power-user, but you're keen to explore how AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Fellow) can drive efficiency in documentation, meeting notes, and day-to-day work\n\nTools: Salesforce (CRM), Asana (project management), and other standard Office applications\n\nGood understanding of working with and manipulating data in CSV and Excel (XLSX) files\n\nExperience with an Order Management System (OMS), Product Information Management (PIM), ERP, ecommerce marketplace/storefront (e.g. Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce), or fulfilment platform - or broader e-commerce sector experience - is strongly preferred\n\nLinnworks product experience is a plus but not required - full product training is provided on the job.\nSkills:\nExcellent written and verbal English language skills\n\nConfident, clear communicator - comfortable running customer calls, status updates, and internal presentations\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and switch between tasks under pressure\n\nDecision-making and strategic thinking skills\n\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team, including distributed, cross-time-zone teams and customers\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset\n\nAttitudes:\nTrustworthy & responsible, flexible, stress-tolerant\n\nHelpful attitude, capable of asking and accepting help when needed\n\nQuick learner, naturally curious, and always testing new ideas\n\nContinuous-improvement mindset: comfortable challenging your own assumptions to find a better way of doing things\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and committed\n\nKnowledge:\nUnderstanding of project and task management\n\nKnowledge of the above tech stack\n\nCuriosity about how order/inventory management and e-commerce operations work end-to-end - you don't need to be an expert on day one, you'll build this knowledge on the job\n\nWhat You'll Bring To The Role\nTrack record of strong performance in a previous role\n\nAt least 6-12 months in a customer-facing role (e.g. ecommerce operations, customer support, onboarding/implementation, account management, or product/development)\n\nPreferred: experience with Linnworks or a similar order/inventory management platform (OMS, PIM, ERP, marketplace, or fulfilment), or a background in e-commerce, SaaS, or a cloud application environment\n\nWhy us?\nPerks & Benefits\nRemote & flexible working - with hybrid options in London or Chichester\nFantastic team culture based on trust and belonging.\nLaptop & home office budget - 500 EUR to set up your ideal workspace.\nPrivate Medical Insurance with Aviva, including Dental & Optical.\nGroup Life Insurance & Yulife Wellbeing & Rewards.\nMental well-being support - Access therapy, mental health sessions, and yoga through a free premium subscription to Headspace.\n EAP confidential benefit - 24/7 access to compassionate guidance & expert advice\n25 days holiday + bank holidays\nTraining, support, and personal development","description_format":"text","description_chars":3847,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All
