We're looking for someone genuinely curious - always testing new ideas, comfortable challenging their own assumptions, and driven to find a better way of doing things.\nLinnworks product experience is a plus but not required - full product training is provided on the job.\nApplicants must live in either Eastern or Central US Time zones\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead discovery and configuration across channels, inventory, shipping and automation\n\nHelp clients clean up and import product and order data (CSV/XLSX)\n\nTroubleshoot integration issues and escalate with clear, reproducible detail\n\nKeep projects on track in Salesforce, and write documentation clients can use after go-live\n\nFeed client patterns back to Product, Sales, Engineering, and the wider team\n\nAttitudes:\nTrustworthy & responsible, flexible, stress-tolerant\n\nHelpful attitude, capable of asking and accepting help when needed\n\nQuick learner, naturally curious, and always testing new ideas\n\nContinuous-improvement mindset: comfortable challenging your own assumptions to find a better way of doing things\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset: self-motivated, resourceful, innovative, collaborative and committed\n\nA proactive, problem-solving mindset\n\nKnowledge:\nUnderstanding of project and task management\n\nCuriosity about how order/inventory management and e-commerce operations work end-to-end - you don't need to be an expert on day one, you'll build this knowledge on the job\n\nWhat You'll Bring To The Role\nTrack record of strong performance in a previous role\n\nAt least 6-12 months in a customer-facing role (e.g. ecommerce operations, customer support, onboarding/implementation, account management, or product/development)\n\nPreferred: experience with Linnworks or a similar order/inventory management platform (OMS, PIM, ERP, marketplace, or fulfilment), or a background in e-commerce, SaaS, or a cloud application environment\n\nTechnically minded, with a basic understanding of APIs and how systems connect and exchange data\n\nAI-curious rather than an AI expert: you don't need to arrive as an AI power-user, but you're keen to explore how AI-assisted tools (e.g. Claude, Fellow) can drive efficiency in documentation, meeting notes, and day-to-day work\n\nExperience with Salesforce (CRM), Asana (project management), and other standard Office applications\n\nGood understanding of working with and manipulating data in CSV and Excel (XLSX) files\n\nA natural teacher. You can explain complex systems to non-technical users, check they’ve understood, and adjust your approach when something isn’t landing\n\nExcellent written and verbal English language skills\n\nConfident, clear communicator - comfortable running customer calls, status updates, and internal presentations\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and switch between tasks under pressure\n\nDecision-making and strategic thinking skills\n\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team, including distributed, cross-time-zone teams and customers\n\nExperience training, coaching or enabling others (customer training, support, retail or warehouse team leads, teaching).
