You’ll play a critical role in identifying top talent and keeping our recruiting operations running smoothly across our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.\nContract to hire\nWhat You’ll Do:\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open roles and ideal candidate profiles\nLearn to proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, internal tools, and creative outreach strategies\nCraft thoughtful, personalized messages to generate interest in open roles\nCoordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, and onsite meetings, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience\nMaintain accurate candidate data and keep our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) up to date\nAct as a key point of contact for candidates, helping guide them through the interview process\nTrack recruiting activity and assist with reporting on key metrics\nSupport employer branding and candidate experience initiatives\nContribute to special projects and help improve recruiting processes over time\nQualifications:\n1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, coordination, or a related field.\nStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDetail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through\nInterest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations\nComfortable learning new tools and systems (experience with LinkedIn, Greenhouse, or Google Workspace is a plus, but not required)\nProactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment\nBased in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to the San Francisco office 3x per week\nThis position description is intended to describe the duties most frequently performed by an individual in this position.
