In this role, you will serve as an expert partner to hiring managers, designing targeted sourcing strategies, leading in-depth search processes, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment funnel.\nWhat you’ll do:\nHiring Manager Partnership: Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine profile specs, design structured interview flows, and guide them through best-practice hiring decisions.\n Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines from discovery kickoff to offer stages for technical and product roles (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Security Research, Product Management, AI Engineering, and more).\nAdvanced Sourcing: Architect proactive outbound strategies leveraging advanced Boolean techniques, AI-driven recruitment platforms, GitHub, niche communities, and creative talent mapping to reach passive candidates.\nCandidate Experience: Champion an incredible, high-touch candidate journey.
