Our growth is creating great opportunities!\nBelow is the job description for open position\nResponsibilities\nIT Procurement & Category Management \nManage procurement activities across the full range of IT categories, including:\nSoftware licences and subscriptions\nMicrosoft licences and Microsoft ecosystem solutions\nSaaS and cloud solutions\nEnterprise and in-house applications\nIT infrastructure and hardware\nComputers, laptops, monitors and peripherals\nNetworking and communication equipment\nCybersecurity solutions\nDigital and collaboration tools\nIT services, consulting and managed services\nTelecom and related technology services\nSoftware & License Management\nLead commercial management of major software and technology licences across the organization.\nManage Microsoft licensing, including negotiations, renewals, agreements and commercial optimization.\nEnsure renewal dates, contractual obligations and commercial commitments are proactively managed\nChallenge licensing models, user volumes, consumption levels and pricing structures.\nSupport the IT organization in optimizing the balance between licence cost, functionality and business requirements\nSupplier & Contract Management\nManage the commercial relationship with key IT suppliers.\nEstablish appropriate supplier performance and governance mechanisms.\nMonitor supplier performance against contractual commitments, pricing and service levels.\nLead contract renewals and renegotiations well ahead of expiration dates.\nMaintain visibility of contracts, licences, commitments, renewal dates and financial exposure.\nIdentify supplier concentration risks and opportunities for alternative sourcing.\nCost Optimization & Value Creation\nLicence optimisation and consolidation across the Linxens Group ensuring full alignment with the local procurement teams.\nSpecific management balance on the groups tier 1 suppliers\nQualification\n8+ years of experience in IT procurement, Technology Sourcing, IT purchasing or strategic procurement.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Purchasing, Information Systems or a related field.\nExpertise in software licensing, Microsoft agreements, SaaS, cloud solutions and technology procurement.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to work with spend, pricing, consumption and licence-utilisation data.\nAttention to detail, particularly in contract management and commercial commitments.\nStrong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex licensing topics for both IT and Finance stakeholders.\nFluent in English\nJoin Linxens to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.\nLINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
