Our growth is creating great opportunities!\nBelow is the job description for open position\nResponsibilities\nCustomer Interface & Solutions Provider\nServe as the primary technical interface to government customers and internal stakeholders. \nDeeply understand customer expectations and requirements, and translate them into optimized, feasible Linxens technical solutions.\nLead negotiations and alignments to balance customer needs with technical and manufacturing capabilities.\nTechnical Requirements & Solution Definition\nTranslate business needs into technical requirements, specifications, performance targets, and feasibility assessments.\nAssess cost, manufacturability, and industrialization constraints early.\nChallenge unclear or unrealistic customer requirements using data-driven arguments.\nProject Leadership & Product Development\nLead product development and customization\nDrive design, verification, qualification, and industrialization.\nEnsure compliance with standards, security, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure smooth transition to mass production, optimized for cost, quality, and scalability.\nQualification\n3-10 years of experience in product development, project management, and business development, ideally within ID or RF card segments.\nBachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field)\nStrong ability to translate customer needs into practical, manufacturable technical solutions.\nProven leadership in cross-functional project execution and stakeholder management.\nSolid expertise in manufacturing processes, quality systems, risk management, and regulatory environments.\nExcellent communication skills for effective customer and internal collaboration.\nFluent in English and in one of the language (Spanish OR Portuguese, OR French)\nJoin Linxens to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.\nLINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
