The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies and Cisco Meraki solutions. The engineer will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure across branch offices, data centers, and cloud environments.\nResponsibilities:\nInstall, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.\nManage and support Cisco Meraki MX Security Appliances, MS Switches, MR Access Points, and the Meraki Dashboard.\nConfigure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP (basic), ACLs, NAT, DHCP, and DNS.\nSupport LAN, WAN, Internet, VPN, and SD-WAN connectivity.\nConfigure and troubleshoot Site-to-Site VPN and Remote Access VPN.\nConfigure and maintain web proxy & DLP\nImplement and maintain firewall policies, network segmentation, and DMZ environments.\nMonitor network performance and proactively resolve incidents.\nSupport Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks, VPN connectivity, and routing.\nPerform firmware upgrades, patch management, and network maintenance activities.\nMaintain network documentation, topology diagrams, and standard operating procedures periodically.\nHandle incidents, problems, and change management activities using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.\nParticipate in root cause analysis and implement preventive actions.\nSupport network monitoring tools and assist in capacity planning.\nProvide technical support during project implementations and migrations.\nQualifications\n3 to 5 years of experience in enterprise networking.\nStrong hands-on experience with Cisco Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.\nMandatory hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Dashboard, MX, MS, and MR platforms.\nGood understanding of TCP/IP, Routing, Switching.\nExperience with wireless networking and troubleshooting.\nBasic knowledge of Azure networking concepts.\nFamiliarity with network security is best practice and firewall policy management.\nExperience working with ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management).\nExposure to SD-WAN technologies is an advantage.\nGood communication and troubleshooting skills.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nWhat we offer:\nIn return, we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits,\n20 days Privilege Leave, 13 days Emergency leave and 14 Public holidays per year.\n\nMedical Insurance, Life Insurance and Career Progression\n\nWhen it comes to diversity and inclusion, we see things differently at Linxon - we encourage applications from people of all races, ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations and more - so whoever you are, we hope you’ll see things our way, too.\n\nAbout Linxon\nShaping energy solutions to empower sustainable connectivity.\nLinxon’s vision is to deliver the best market offering for turnkey substation projects through world-class power technologies and delivering the highest level of competence in managing infrastructure projects.\nAs a leading engineering company, we help our customers with turnkey substation solutions in the field of power transmission, renewable energy, and transportation.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new company as it evolves and help shape it for the future.
