(youtube.com)\nHow will you make your impact?\nAs a Project Manager at Linxon, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, leading the safe, successful, and profitable delivery of EPC projects from award through commissioning and handover. You will own project P&L performance, drive operational excellence, manage customer relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and in alignment are?\nYou are an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering complex EPC, electrical transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.\nYou are a results-driven leader with experience managing full project P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, cash flow management, and commercial performance.\nYou are skilled at leading and motivating multidisciplinary project teams, creating an environment focused on safety, collaboration, accountability, and high performance.\nYou are an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\nYou have a solid understanding of project management principles, project software.\nYou are willing to travel as required and maintain an active presence on project sites during construction and commissioning activities.\nThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
