This includes - communication with our project management, site managers, internal specialist departments, document controllers, and the customer's specialist managers.\nEnsure that the construction site organization and subcontractors adhere to the project and Linxon quality requirements.\nFacilitate testing activities on the construction site in accordance with the project quality plan.\nIdentify non-conformances ensuring speedy close outs.\nParticipate in mitigating negative impacts on the projects and developing and implementing solutions.\nSupport the project teams with customer complaints, reporting them, and developing timely solutions.\nDrive continuous improvement by sharing knowledge through training and regular coaching.\nQualifications:\nRelevant professional experience on HV substation projects and construction sites of varying size, complexity.\nPrevious experience working with National Grid\nExceptional knowledge of quality assurance and quality control.\nISO 9001 Internal Auditor\nIT skills (MS Office, document management).\nH&S experience an advantage\nOther specifications:\nEfficient and possess a high degree of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\nIdentify and resolve problems early on and work constructively to build positive customer and supplier relationships.\nCommunicate your messages coherently and clearly and have the assertiveness necessary for this role.\nComplete the assigned tasks with a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and perseverance, while always adhering to the Linxon Code of Conduct.\nMaintain an overview, remain calm, and act in a solution-oriented manner, even in challenging situations.\nWhat we offer:\nIn return, we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits:\nBenefits: 25 days holiday entitlement + Statutory and public holidays + Additional 3 (three) days holiday available on our purchase scheme\nLife Assurance and Career Progression\nWe also have a brilliant smarter working policy, too.
