The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud, Windows Server Administration, Nutanix Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), virtualization technologies, and automation. The role involves designing, implementing, administering, and supporting highly available and secure IT infrastructure solutions.\nResponsibilities:\nDeploy, configure, and manage Azure Infrastructure services.\nSupport Azure infrastructure services including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Azure Firewall, vWAN services.\nPerform server provisioning, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning\nManage Azure Storage Accounts, including Blob Storage, File Shares, Tables, and Queues.\nConfigure and administer Azure Files, SMB access, private endpoints, and networking controls.\nImplement backup and disaster recovery solutions for Azure File Shares using Azure Backup.\nImplement Azure Backup, Site Recovery (ASR), and Disaster Recovery solutions.\nManage and Assign RBAC for Azure Resources\nMonitor cloud resources using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Azure Security Center.\nOptimize Azure resource utilization and cost management.\nPerform cloud migrations from on-premises environments to Azure.\nManage Failover Clustering and High Availability solutions.\nManage Nutanix HCI infrastructure and Prism Central.\nPerform cluster deployment, upgrades, health checks, and capacity planning.\nAdminister AHV Hypervisor and virtual machine lifecycle management.\nConfigure data protection, replication, snapshots, and disaster recovery.\nMonitor and optimize Nutanix cluster performance.\nTroubleshoot Nutanix hardware and software incidents.\nAdminister and support Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments\nTroubleshoot Windows OS, application, and infrastructure issues.\nEnsure compliance with security standards and best practices.\nManage and administer Azure Update Manager (AUM) for patch assessment and deployment across Azure and hybrid servers.\nPlan, schedule, and execute patching activities for Windows servers with minimal business impact.\nMonitor patch compliance and generate update reports.\nTroubleshoot update deployment failures and remediate vulnerabilities.\nEnsure adherence to organizational security and compliance standards\nDevelop and maintain automation using PowerShell, ARM Templates, or Terraform.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management practices.\nQualification:\n7-8 years of experience in Windows Server Administration.\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.\nHands-on experience with VMware, Nutanix AHV, or Hyper-V.\nExperience in Windows patch management and vulnerability remediation.\nAzure administration experience.\nExperience with PowerShell scripting and automation.\nUnderstanding backup, disaster recovery, and ITIL processes.\nGood troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.\nCertifications preferred: AZ-104, Nutanix NCP, Microsoft Windows Server Certifications.\nWhat we offer:\nIn return, we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits,\n20 days Privilege Leave, 13 days Emergency leave and 14 Public holidays per year.\n\nMedical Insurance, Life Insurance and Career Progression\n\nWhen it comes to diversity and inclusion, we see things differently at Linxon - we encourage applications from people of all races, ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations and more - so whoever you are, we hope you’ll see things our way, too.\n\nAbout Linxon\nShaping energy solutions to empower sustainable connectivity.\nLinxon’s vision is to deliver the best market offering for turnkey substation projects through world-class power technologies and delivering the highest level of competence in managing infrastructure projects.\nAs a leading engineering company, we help our customers with turnkey substation solutions in the field of power transmission, renewable energy, and transportation.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new company as it evolves and help shape it for the future.
