The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, independently manage day-to-day HR matters, and drive key people initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and statutory requirements.\nWhat will you do?\nEmployee Relations Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, workplace concerns, performance-related issues and employee separations.\nConduct fact-finding, investigations, documentation, and case management activities, escalating complex matters as appropriate.\nProvide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and workplace practices.\n\nLabor Compliance & HR Governance Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.\nMonitor developments in Indian labor legislation and assess their impact on HR practices and processes.\nSupport the review and implementation of the new Indian Labour Codes and related Wage Code requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors.\nSupport audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements as needed.\n\nEmployee Engagement & Culture Design and implement employee engagement initiatives based on employee feedback, surveys, focus groups, one-to-one discussions and business requirements.\nPartner with managers to develop action plans that improve employee engagement and workplace culture.\nLead employee events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives and culture-building activities.\n\nCompensation & Benefits Manage employee insurance programs, including vendor coordination, employee communication and process administration.\nDevelop and maintain SOPs related to insurance and employee benefits administration.\nProvide guidance to employees on compensation, benefits and HR-related processes.\nLiaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of insurance & benefits programs.\n\nPerformance, Learning & Organizational Effectiveness Support competency assessment and capability development initiatives across the organization.\nCoordinate and monitor effectiveness of learning and development programs.\nSupport organizational effectiveness and talent development initiatives as required.\n\nExperience and Education Required:\n\nGraduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration\n8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or matrix organization.\nStrong experience in employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes, investigations, and employee case management.\nSound knowledge of Indian labor laws, labor codes, and statutory compliance requirements.\nExperience supporting labor code or wage code implementation projects will be preferred.\nDemonstrated experience in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives.\nExperience in employee benefits administration, insurance management and vendor management.\nExposure to competency assessments, talent development, or organizational effectiveness initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.\nWhat we offer:\nIn return, we offer a wide range of rewards and benefits,\n20 days Privilege Leave, 13 days Emergency leave and 14 Public holidays per year.\nMedical Insurance, Life Insurance and Career Progression\nWhen it comes to diversity and inclusion, we see things differently at Linxon - we encourage applications from people of all races, ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations and more - so whoever you are, we hope you’ll see things our way, too.\nAbout Linxon\nShaping energy solutions to empower sustainable connectivity.\nWe combine AtkinsRéalis project management expertise and Hitachi Energy’s deep technological knowledge to create a company dedicated to substations - we are Linxon.\nLinxon’s vision is to deliver the best market offering for turnkey substation projects through world-class power technologies and delivering the highest level of competence in managing infrastructure projects.\nAs a leading engineering company, we help our customers with turnkey substation solutions in the field of power transmission, renewable energy, and transportation.\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to be part of a new company as it evolves and help shape it for the future.
