Site Execution & Supervision\nSupervise and inspect OCS works including:Foundations and mast erection\nPortal frames and cantilever installation\nContact & messenger wire stringing\nRegistration, tensioning, and final adjustment\n\nEnsure all works comply with:Approved IFC drawings\nProject technical specifications\nApplicable EN / IEC standards used in NSCR\n\nDirect and monitor subcontractors, foremen, and site workforce.\nB. Quality Assurance\nImplement approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) and QA/QC procedures.\nVerify installation tolerances for:Height, Stagger, Span length, Tension length\n\nAttend inspections with:Engineer / Consultant, Client representatives (DOTr / PNR)\n\nRectify non-conformities and close punch list items.\nC. Safety, Health & Environment (SHE)\nEnforce compliance with:DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards\nProject Safety Management Plan\nElectrical safety and railway operational rules\n\nEnsure implementation of:Permit-to-Work (PTW) system\nLock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures\nJob Hazard Analysis (JHA)\n\nConduct toolbox meetings and promote safety awareness.\nD. Planning & Reporting\nPrepare: Daily progress reports, Weekly and monthly accomplishment reports\nMonitor: Manpower allocation, Equipment usage, Material consumption,\nSupport construction schedules and short-term look-ahead planning.\nE. Interface & Coordination\nCoordinate with:Civil / Viaduct teams, Trackwork, Signaling, Power Supply & E&M\n\nResolve OCS interface issues at stations, depots, and TPSS areas.\nAssist during integrated system testing and trial operations.\nF.
