task distribution, prioritization, and professional development.\n\nDrive Governance: Implement, maintain, and refine Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) principles and comprehensive access policies across the organization.\n\nManage Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end user access lifecycle, ensuring seamless and secure provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of accounts and permissions.\n\nMonitor and Mitigate: Actively monitor access activities, investigate potential security threats or incidents, and coordinate escalations to internal stakeholders.\n\nAudit and Optimize: Conduct regular access reviews and audits to identify vulnerabilities, ensuring strict adherence to the principle of least privilege.\n\nOptimize Performance: Track and report on SLA/KPI
