You'll resolve the most complex hardware issues, perform deep root cause analysis, and drive continuous reliability improvements across our robot fleet.\nKey Responsibilities\nResolve hardware escalations from field teams, distributors, and customers within SLA targets\n\nPerform deep root cause analysis on field failures using structured methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone)\n\nDrive corrective actions with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams\n\nAnalyze field failure data to identify trends and recommend reliability improvements\n\nCreate and maintain technical documentation including repair guides and diagnostic procedures\n\nTrain and mentor L1/L2 support engineers on hardware troubleshooting techniques\n\nSupport ECN implementations and provide field impact assessments\n\nParticipate in NPI-to-sustaining transitions and production line support when needed\n\nBuild and maintain technical knowledge base for the support organization\n\nQualifications & Experience\n1-3 years in hardware support, field service, or reliability engineering\n\nFresh Graduate is welcomed to apply\n\nStrong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems troubleshooting\n\nProficient in Solidworks\n\nProficient in RCA methodologies (8D, 5-Why, FMEA, Fishbone)\n\nExcellent technical writing and documentation skills\n\nExperience training and mentoring junior engineers\n\nBackground in robotics, automation, or similar electromechanical products preferred\n\nDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering preferred\n\nIf you're passionate about solving complex technical problems, enjoy mentoring others, and want to make a direct impact on product reliability, we'd love to hear from you.
