This professional works onsite at the Lionsbot USA office & warehouse in Runnemede, NJ each workday and has minimal travel requirements (up to 20%).\nQualified candidates local to Runnemede, NJ will be considered first.\nESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES(not exhaustive)\nSales-to-Operations Alignment\nManage customer purchase orders, coordinate production or stock schedules, and align sales forecasts with supply capabilities.\n\nServe as the primary liaison between sales channels and supply chain functions (demand planning, inventory, and warehousing).\n\nTranslate sales forecasts, promotional calendars, and historical buy-trends into actionable inventory and procurement plans.\n\nMaintain optimal spare parts inventory to support customers and distributors effectively.\n\nSupport the sales team by tracking robot deliveries, installations, and movements across the USA to ensure seamless customer experience.\n\nMaintain up-to-date records of robot locations, deployments, and ownership status.\n\nEnsure correct documentation and reconciliation of robot shipments, transfers, and invoicing.\n\nLogistics & Warehouse Management\nOversee inbound and outbound shipments, partner with carriers and freight networks, and track delivery milestones.\n\nMonitor stock levels across sites, optimize storage costs, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.\n\nOversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of robots, spare parts, and consumables.\n\nImplement/maintain best practices for inventory control, reducing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.\n\nDevelop/Maintain processes to streamline spare parts ordering, tracking, and fulfilment.\n\nMaintain inventory management system (ERP) to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies.\n\nManage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries.\n\nOptimize transportation and distribution processes to minimize costs and improve delivery performance.\n\nResolve logistical issues and proactively identify areas for efficiency improvement.\n\nOversee office and warehouse equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and compliance with health and safety regulations.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAct as the central link between the internal sales team, demand planners, manufacturing/warehousing, and finance to resolve bottlenecks and escalations\n\nWork closely with the headquarters global supply chain team to align inventory planning and demand forecasting.\n\nPartner with the US service team to ensure the availability of critical parts for repairs and maintenance.\n\nCollaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely issuing of invoices for shipped robots and spare parts.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to enhance overall operational workflow and customer experience.\n\nMetrics & Process Optimization\nTrack KPIs (such as on-time delivery rates and shipping costs) using ERP or logistics software to improve operational efficiency\n\nBuild and maintain data dashboards to track order accuracy, inventory risks, back-in-stock timelines, and supply chain bottlenecks\n\nTrack planned versus actual trade spend, investigate retail chargebacks/deductions, and partner with finance on reconciliations.\n\nIdentify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.\n\nDevelop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse, logistics, fleet, and spare parts management.\n\nUtilize data and analytics to drive process improvements and enhance decision-making.\n\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field\n\nMinimum of 5 yearsof professional experience in similar role (ex: supply chain, sales operations, or logistics management)\n\nMinimum of 2 yearsprofessional experience as a direct manager of warehouse, logistics, and/or sales professionals\n\nProfessional experience working in ERP and/or WMS/OMS systems\n\nKnowledge of import/export regulations, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.\n\nDemonstrated advanced skills with Microsoft Office, spreadsheet analysis and data visualization tools (ex.
