More than 5,000 of them are working right now in malls, airports, offices and factories across 30+ countries, and every one of them is driven by software. Your job is to make sure that software works. Small team, quick decisions, no bureaucracy, and hardware you can actually touch.\nMost QA work stops at the browser. Ours does not. A missed bug here can mean a robot that stops mid-clean, a lift that never arrives, or an operator stuck on a screen. You are the last check before our software reaches a real shop floor.\nYou would join a team that ships fast and cares about quality. Products are live, automation is still being built, and there is real room to shape how we test.\nThe problems, all real\nOne release touches web applications, a mobile app, a PWA and the HMI on several robots. Prove it works everywhere before it ships.\n\nA robot calls a lift, passes a gantry and opens a smart door. Test integrations with hardware that is not sitting on your desk.\n\nHundreds of regression cases, many still run by hand. Automate them so every build gets checked, not just the big ones.\n\nA bug report from a customer site on the other side of the world. Reproduce it, document it and get it fixed.\n\nWhat you will do\nBuild and own automated tests for our web applications, mobile apps, PWAs and on-robot HMI.\n\nWrite test plans and test cases from requirements, before the code is done.\n\nRun regression on every release, and sign off only when it is ready.\n\nTest the robots themselves, and how they work with lifts, gantries and smart doors.\n\nLog, track and triage bugs so nothing gets lost and the right ones get fixed first.\n\nWrite release notes so customers and internal teams know exactly what changed.\n\nKeep test robots available and ready for the Software team.\n\nPlug tests into CI so every build is checked automatically.\n\nWhat we are looking for\n1-3 years in QA, with both manual and automated testing on real projects.\n\nHands-on with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or Appium.\n\nComfortable writing test code in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.\n\nExperience testing web and mobile apps across different devices and platforms.\n\nAPI testing with Postman, RestAssured or similar, and test management with Jira, QASE or TestRail.\n\nYou learn fast and adapt. New product, new hardware, shifting priorities, none of it throws you.\n\nYou own quality. You do not wait to be told what to test.\n\nAn eye for detail. You find the bug everyone else walked past, and write it up so anyone can reproduce it.\n\nNice to have:\nRobotics, IoT or connected-hardware testing experience.\n\nTouchscreen, kiosk or embedded device testing.\n\nCI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins.\n\nPerformance or load testing with tools like k6 or JMeter.\n\nTesting multi-language apps used across several markets.\n\nDevice farms or cloud testing platforms such as BrowserStack.\n\nISTQB or similar certification.\n\nFamiliarity with ROS, MQTT or other robotics communication stacks.\n\nWhy join:\nReal ownership.
