Deine Aufgaben

  • Prozesse optimieren: Bestehende Abläufe im Vertrieb, Marketing, Fulfillment und Kundenmanagement analysieren, verbessern und skalierbar machen.

  • Strategische Projekte: Umsetzung neuer Geschäftsmodelle wie unsere Content- & Recruiting-Plattform für die medizinische Branche.

  • Kennzahlen & Reporting: Umsatz, Conversion Rates und CLV überwachen, Optimierungspotenziale identifizieren und Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten.

  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Kundenberatung und Fulfillment, um Projekte effizient umzusetzen.

  • Wachstumsinitiativen: Upselling-Strukturen, Automatisierungen und neue Produkte (z. B. Content, Patientengewinnung) strategisch weiterentwickeln.

  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung: Du bist Sparringspartner des CEO und setzt strategische Wachstumspläne operativ um.

Requirements

Dein Profil

  • Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Management oder vergleichbar von Vorteil.

  • 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Business Development, Consulting oder Prozessmanagement.

  • Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung.

  • Begeisterung für Prozesse, Kennzahlen und die Umsetzung von Wachstumsstrategien.

  • Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. HubSpot) und digitalen Tools (z. B. Zapier, Make, Automatisierungen) von Vorteil.

  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude daran, Projekte teamübergreifend zu steuern.
