Our team members enjoy a flexible and inclusive working environment, a highly collaborative and innovation-forward culture, generous benefits and perks that empower employees to champion their wellbeing every day, as well as an infinite supply of Liquid I.V. for extraordinary hydration.

About the role:

Liquid I.V. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead priority campaigns and projects within the Marketing organization. This is a PM role for someone who has mastered the craft, brings strong ownership, and makes cross-functional work run more smoothly.

You’ll work in a fast-moving environment with competing priorities, strong department leads, and a campaign calendar that doesn’t slow down. You’ll also help lead and coach the PM team, which supports everything Brand Marketing initiates and executes.

The ideal candidate knows the brand marketing and creative landscape - 360 campaigns, packaging timelines, agency partnerships, LTOs, and product innovation - and keeps projects on track from brief to launch.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Campaign Leadership - Growth Driving & Big Bet

  • Own end-to-end project management for priority marketing campaigns and initiatives - including 360 brand campaigns and seasonal launches - from brief intake through launch and post-launch review.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams across Brand, Creative, Media, Retail, Production, and agency partners, driving clarity on scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Build and manage project timelines in Wrike, keeping all workstreams visible, current, and escalated when at risk.
  • Serve as the PM point of contact for the AOR (Agency of Record) on campaign development and production timelines.
  • Run kickoffs, briefing sessions, stage-gate reviews, and status meetings - making sure the right people are in the room and decisions are captured and followed through.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, blockers, and scope changes before they affect delivery.

Brand Marketing & Creative Fluency

  • Manage packaging artwork timelines, with a working understanding of dielines, print production stages, approvals, and vendor handoffs.
  • Manage PDP (Product Detail Page) asset timelines across retailer and DTC channels, keeping deliverables on spec and on schedule.
  • Track deliverables across 360 campaigns - video, photography, digital, social, retail, and print - so every asset is accounted for and delivered on time.
  • Partner with Creative and Production leads to keep a clear view of asset status and delivery across all active projects.

PM Team Leadership

  • Coach PM team peers by modeling best-in-class project management and offering day-to-day guidance on execution challenges.
  • Be the PM team’s go-to for how to run a brief, manage a timeline, or work through a cross-functional conflict.
  • Step in as PM lead for the team when needed, keeping all active projects moving.
  • Help onboard new PM team members to tools, processes, and ways of working.

Tools & Process

  • Partner with the Marketing Ops Manager to champion Wrike as the PM team’s system of record, keeping project data clean and accurate.
  • Maintain status views across all owned projects and provide regular updates to marketing leadership.
  • Lead post-mortems at the close of key campaigns, capturing learnings and turning them into better PM practices.
  • Partner with the Marketing Ops Manager on workflow and systems improvements, bringing the PM perspective on how projects run day to day.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of project management experience within a brand marketing, in-house creative, or agency environment - consumer goods or CPG brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of how brand marketing and creative projects come together, including 360 campaigns, packaging artwork, and PDP assets.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Wrike or a comparable PM platform, including building complex, multi-workstream project plans.
  • Experience managing agency partner relationships as a client-side PM; comfortable holding agencies accountable to timelines and deliverable quality.
  • Proven leadership instincts - you’ve mentored PMs, set team standards, and are the PM others rely on.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without losing sight of the details that matter.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator - equally comfortable in a creative review, a packaging milestone meeting, or a senior leadership status update.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace: you don’t wait to be told what to do, you figure out what’s needed and drive toward it.
  • A natural collaborator who builds trust quickly and holds relationships without sacrificing accountability.

What We Give:

  • 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employees (PPO, HMO and Kaiser options).
  • A 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage.
  • A generous PTO and sick leave programs that includes 10+ paid annual holidays each year + annual Holiday Office Closure.
  • Wellness Days (Vitality Day and two Recharge Days).
  • An Employee Assistance Program
