We work together to help people lead longer, healthier, and happier lives.Job Summary\nThe Financial Compliance and Operations Associate - Life Sciences serves as a core link between financial operations and regulatory requirements and supports compliance operations throughout the company. This role is responsible for executing financial compliance audits, monitoring HCP-related spend, maintaining robust internal controls, supporting accurate transparency reporting, including Open Payments Act (aggregate spend) requirements and also supports compliance operations including centralization and tracking of different compliance projects and initiatives. The position requires a strong foundation in accounting and audit, understanding and attention to healthcare compliance risks, the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable compliance guidance and excellent organizational skills.\nResponsabilidades\nPerform regular, data-driven financial audits and analyses related to HCP-related spend to identify potential compliance gaps.\nLead the collection, consolidation, and data-integrity verification of transfer-of-value data for global transparency submissions, including Sunshine Act/Open Payments reporting as well as partner-related submissions.\nMaintain, document, and test internal controls and process maps to mitigate compliance risks around HCP-related spend.\nStay abreast of changes and best practices around aggregate spend reporting and recommend updates to internal procedures and policies as needed.\nServe as support to Compliance regarding financial questions, analyses, expense report reviews, and compiling financial documentation, preparing briefs, and supporting responses to regulatory inquiries.\nSupports compliance operations including centralization and tracking of different compliance projects and initiatives around field monitoring, HCP engagement and promotional opportunities review.\nRequisitos\nEducation and ExperienceAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline required.\nThree to five years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate auditing, or regulatory compliance required; experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare sectors is highly preferred.\nRelevant professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional preferred.\nDirect experience working with Netsuite or similar ERP platform, Concur, Veeva.\nKnowledge, Skills and CapabilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.\nWorking knowledge of life sciences financial regulations and compliance expectations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Sarbanes-Oxley, global transparency laws, and federal and state Open Payments reporting.\nStrong understanding of financial auditing, internal controls, aggregate spend reporting, and healthcare compliance risk mitigation.\nExceptional written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.\nStrong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to identify trends, gaps, and risks within financial and compliance data.\nBeneficios\nLiquidia offers a competitive compensation package (base salary and commission) as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, 401(k) Savings Retirement Plan, ESPP, Unlimited Paid Time Off and more!\nLiquidia is an equal opportunity employer.
