This position assists with reviewing vehicle titles and supporting documentation, processing sold notices, maintaining accurate title records, mailing titles to buyers, and resolving title-related inquiries.\nThis role helps ensure a smooth post-sale experience for customers and supports operational efficiency by maintaining attention to detail, meeting processing deadlines, and following applicable state requirements and internal procedures.\n Accurately enter title, vehicle, buyer, and transaction-related information into internal systems to support timely processing and recordkeeping.\nReview vehicle titles and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with applicable state requirements, including identifying errors, omissions, or alterations that may impact title processing.\nVerify sale documentation and process sold notices in accordance with established procedures and required timelines.\nPrepare and mail titles to the appropriate buyer and confirmed address, ensuring accuracy and proper tracking of title distribution.\nGenerate, review, and maintain title-related reports to monitor processing status, identify outstanding items, and support operational follow-up.\nSupport internal audits, title file reviews, and related administrative tasks to help ensure records are accurate, complete, and properly maintained.\nRespond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries regarding title status, documentation requirements, and title-related issues in a timely and professional manner.\nProvide a positive post-sale customer experience by communicating clearly, resolving routine title questions, and escalating complex issues as appropriate.\nProactively identify and address title-related issues, coordinating with appropriate internal teams or external parties to support timely resolution.\n Education/ Experience:\nHigh school diploma or GED preferred.\n\nTwo or more years of office experience preferred.\nVehicle title handling and processing experience strongly preferred.\nSkills and Ability:\nBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.\nStrong time management and organizational skills.\nEffective customer service, verbal communication, and written communication skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.\nFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to support changing priorities and execute initiatives effectively.\nWork Conditions/ Physical Demands:\nThis position is performed inside an office/warehouse environment and requires regular physical activity. Essential functions include standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds. The role may involve repetitive motions, exposure to varying weather conditions, and walking in uneven terrain.\nThis positions in onsite, Monday Friday, 7:30 AM- 4:00 PM MST.\nLocation:\nPhoenix, AZ\nTravel:\nTravel is not required for this position (0%).\nPay & Benefits:\nCompensation is determined by various factors such as location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal and external equity and organizational needs. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.\nThe salary range for this position is $19.7 to $20 hourly. The posted range reflects our national average range for the job. We may ultimately pay more or less than the published range based on the factors mentioned above.
