Our team is growing, and we’re looking for skilled professionals who want to be part of something innovative and impactful.

The Cell Trainer is an experienced manufacturing professional who serves as the process and training resource for an assigned production cell. Working alongside operators, this role helps ensure work is performed safely, consistently, and efficiently while supporting daily production objectives.

By providing real-time coaching and reinforcing standard work, the Cell Trainer helps build employee capability and drives operational excellence.
