(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. \nResponsibilities\nThis role is for a Sr. Project Manager / EIC Engineer in Charge for the Yonkers Armory renovation project\nAn experienced CM Project Manager may be considered for this position. \nThe selected candidate will be responsible for all SPM duties for the Yonkers Armory Renovation. These include enforcing the contract with all prime contractors, working with them to progress the work of this project, conducting all required meetings, working with all teams to resolve issues to keep the project progressing to completion. \nSPM will be responsible for running the Construction Team and coordinating daily tasks to ensure project needs have the necessary supervision. \nThe SPM may supervise inspectors or a project engineer from a different CM firm. \nThe SPM will work closely with the Area and Regional supervisors to ensure the team is informed and engaged. \nQualifications\nSr. Project Manager shall possess, at a minimum, 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects. A minimum of 4 years' experience shall be in the role of Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million, with an extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents. \nMust be able to manage the various projects using established controls and procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers, and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility. \nThe SPM shall have afull working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment application \nExperience working on NYC or NYS public agencies construction projects is essential. \n OSHA 30\nBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is a plus\nLiRo-Hill Culture:\nWe believe in the power of collaboration.
