(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.\nResponsibilities\nManage and coordinate engineering projects across all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction.\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.\nFacilitate design reviews, coordination meetings and quality control processes.\nLead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with company standards and client requirements.\nSupport business development efforts through proposal writing and client presentations.\nQualifications\nBachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 4-8 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction project management.\n Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.\nExperience of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.\nStrong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes.\nHealthcare and municipal project experience a plus.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience with sustainable design and LEED-certified projects.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines. \nOur Culture\nWe believe in the power of collaboration.
