(GISI), the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International, Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger, more efficient, and cost-effective team to serve clients. LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.\nResponsibilities\nSchedule Review and Analysis\nPrepare and submit schedule analysis reports\nHelp develop a baseline cash flow and resource plan for tracking progress\nIntegration and Reporting\nProvide all necessary progress data and analysis for monthly update of Integrated Master Project Schedule (IMPS).\nRisk and Claims Support\nAssist in preparing Time Impact Analyses\nMaintain records of work progress\nIdentify potential schedule risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies and schedule recovery efforts for impacted work\nSupport the Program Schedule Manager and Commercial Team in claim negotiations and dispute resolution\nQualifications\nMinimum 8-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably on large-scale, complex transit or heavy civil infrastructure projects.\nExperience with Design-Build contracts and with MTA a plus.\nProficiency in reviewing and analyzing contractor schedule submittals using software such as Primavera\nExperience with schedule analysis, including critical path methodology, cost/resource loading, and preparing time impact analyses (TIAs).\nStrong analytical and reporting skills. \nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred\nWe are committed to your success, and we invest in your growth and development to unlock your full potential.\nCompetitive Total Compensation Package\nEmployee- Only Stock Purchase Plan\nMentoring programs\nContinuing Education Program\nEmployee referral bonus\nVolunteer/Industry association opportunities\nOur Culture:\nWe believe in the power of collaboration.
