and maintain regular reports (expenses, budgets, sales records).\nCoordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the team.\nAfter sales Support:\nHandle major after-sales follow-ups, including customer reports and feedback.\nMaintain marketing materials and ensure they are up-to-date.\nConduct application bug checks and assist in backend portal maintenance.\nSupport customer success initiatives by tracking post-sales issues.\n HR & IT Support:\nAssist in staff onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.\nLiaise with the team for employee setup (emails, access, equipment).\nFunding & Project Assistance:\nPrepare, submit, and follow up on funding applications.\nGenerate reports for grant/funding compliance.\nProduct Development Support:\nProvide administrative, clerical, and translation support during product development.\nAssist in crisis management by coordinating communication and documentation.\n Ad-Hoc Support:\nAssist with ad-hoc projects, tasks, and initiatives as required by management.\nQualifications\nStudy n Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field.\n1-2 years of experience in a Sales / Marketing
