We care about our people and we care about our customers. \nAbout the Role:\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce across Salesforce clouds\n\nBuild and configure custom Agent Actions (Flows, Apex, Prompt Templates, MuleSoft APIs) to extend agent capabilities\n\nDesign and implement agent topics, instructions, and guardrails to ensure accurate and safe agent responses\n\nCreate proof of concepts (POCs) to evaluate agent feasibility and demonstrate business value before full implementation\n\nDevelop custom Prompt Templates and engineer system prompts for optimal agent performance\n\nIntegrate agents with Data Cloud, external systems, and third-party LLMs using MuleSoft or APIs\n\nImplement agent security, including Einstein Trust Layer configuration and data masking\n\nPerform comprehensive testing including unit testing, simulation testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT)\n\nMonitor agent performance analytics and continuously optimize based on conversation metrics\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to agent responses, actions, and integrations\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\n3+ years of development and configuration experience within Salesforce Platform\n\nHands-on experience building and deploying Agentforce agents in production environments\n\nExpertise in Salesforce Flow (including autonomous mode flows) and Apex for custom agent actions\n\nExperience with API development and integration, including designing and consuming RESTful APIs via MuleSoft or native Salesforce\n\nProficiency in prompt engineering and working with Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.)\n\nExperience with Data Cloud or similar customer data platforms\n\nKnowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, and/or Apex\n\nUnderstanding of AI/ML concepts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and grounding techniques\n\nExperience with agent testing methodologies and conversation design principles\n\nRequired Salesforce Certifications:\nSalesforce Administrator\n\nAgentBlazer Champion\n\nPlatform Developer I\n\nPreferred Certifications:\nAgentBlazer Legend\n\nSalesforce Platform App Builder\n\nAgentforce Specialist\n\nPlatform Developer II\n\nData Cloud Consultant\n\nIntegration Architect (for complex implementations)\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:\nDeep understanding of Agentforce architecture, Agent Builder, and the Atlas Reasoning Engine\n\nAbility to design conversational AI experiences with appropriate agent tone, personality, and guardrails\n\nStrong prompt engineering skills with ability to iterate and optimize agent instructions\n\nKnowledge of Einstein Trust Layer, data security, and compliance requirements for AI agents\n\nExperience with agent performance monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous improvement\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into agent capabilities and action plans\n\nStrong understanding of when to use agents vs. traditional automation (Flows, Apex)\n\nFamiliarity with multi-agent orchestration and handoff patterns\n\nKnowledge of Salesforce metadata deployment (DevOps, change sets, or CI/CD pipelines)\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex agent behaviors\n\nStrong communication skills to explain agent capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives\n\nComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\n\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment\n\nWhy You Should Join Us:\n100% CEO approval on Glassdoor\n\nSmall but mighty team of ~150 Engagers \n\nValues that drive us: Be Great at What You Do, Be Growth Oriented, Be a Team Player, Own It\n\n100% remote work arrangements (minimal travel may be required per client need)\n\nIf you’re interested, so are we!
