We care about our people and we care about our customers.\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Salesforce Data 360 individual to join ListEngage Academy, our internal enablement team. This individual will play a critical role in educating and empowering learners to confidently understand and use Salesforce Data 360. The learners will be a mix of new employees with little to no Salesforce experience and veteran Salesforce employees transitioning into Salesforce Data 360.\nThe ideal candidate is not only an expert in Salesforce Data 360, but also a passionate and engaging educator who can break down complex concepts into approachable, real-world learning experiences. While prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience is preferred, it is not required. It is more important that the individual have firsthand experience implementing Salesforce Data 360, a high technical aptitude, and a natural inclination to help others succeed. Additionally, the individual must be comfortable presenting and facilitating conversation a majority of the time.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nDeliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Data 360\n\nDesign and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects\n\nTranslate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners\n\nAssess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels\n\nProvide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners\n\nFoster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment\n\nStay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in any field of study required\n\nData 360 Consultant Salesforce certification required\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360\n\nStrong understanding of:\nData modeling and data ingestion\n\nIdentity resolution\n\nSegmentation and activation\n\nData governance and privacy basics\n\nProficient with SQL (can write complex queries without the use of AI)\n\nExperience working with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior teaching, training, or coaching experience (formal or informal)\n\nExperience working with adult learners, career switchers, or early-career professionals\n\nBackground in instructional design or curriculum development\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: \nExcellent communication and presentation skills\n\nPassion for teaching and helping others succeed\n\nAbility to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy\n\nAdaptability in teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs\n\nStrong organizational and time management skills\n\nWhat We Offer: \nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives\n\nComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\n\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment\n\nWhy You Should Join Us:\n100% CEO approval on Glassdoor\n\nA team of approximately 150 Engagers\n\nCore values that drive us:\nBe a Team Player\n\nBe Accountable\n\nBe Growth Oriented\n\nBe Great at What You Do\n\nCurrently 100% remote work arrangements\n\nIf you’re interested, so are we!
