We care about our people and we care about our customers. \nAbout the Role:\nThe Data 360 Solutions Architect is a proven technical leader with a demonstrated ability to champion and guide stakeholders to the best possible solution for the data landscape and enterprise architecture involved. A Data 360 Solutions Architect has deep technical expertise in enterprise data architecture and enables organizations to fully leverage their customer data. As a Solutions Architect, you will own the integrity and strength of the solutions recommended. You’ll be acting as a trusted advisor to our clients and a mentor to other Salesforce professionals on our team. You will need a deep understanding of Salesforce Data 360, the Salesforce platform, and enterprise architecture. It is equally important to demonstrate top-notch interpersonal skills to communicate your recommended solutions to stakeholders and engage in thought leadership within the community. Your goal is to build trust as a valued partner with our clients to take your visions from concept to successfully implemented solutions. \nDuties & Responsibilities: \nServe as a Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce Data 360 and related products\n\nLead technical discovery workshops to document data landscape and enterprise architecture, integrations/connections, and data ingestion methods\n\nDesign, propose, and implement enterprise-scale solutions to solve clients’ business needs and technical requirements\n\nSpearhead the design, configuration, and refinement of sophisticated data models, ensuring they are scalable, align with existing business processes, and adhere to Salesforce Data 360 best practices\n\nApply advanced knowledge of data ingestion methods, data transformations, calculated insights, identity resolution, reconciliation rules, segmentation and activation, and data modeling\n\nWrite, edit, or advise enhancements to complex SQL in various platforms such as Data 360, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.\n\nConsult or write code for use with Data 360’s APIs and other Salesforce APIs\n\nEducation & Experience Requirements:\n3+ years of experience implementing Salesforce Data 360 or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)\n\nDemonstrated expertise in implementing data governance, data security, and regulatory compliance frameworks, including GDPR and CCPA.\n\nAdept at leading cross-functional technical teams, delivering solution documentation, and facilitating technical workshops.\n\nProven ability to work well independently and within a team environment\n\nProficient in documenting requirements and solution design deliverables\n\nStrong background with enterprise-level org architecture and integrations\n\nExcellent client-facing written and oral communication skills\n\nSalesforce Certification in Salesforce Data 360\n\nSalesforce Certification(s) preferred in Sales/Service Cloud Platforms\n\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives\n\nComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance\n\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\n\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment\n\nWhy You Should Join Us:\n100% CEO approval on Glassdoor\n\nSmall but mighty team of ~150 Engagers \n\nValues that drive us: Be Great at What You Do, Be Growth Oriented, Be a Team Player, Own It\n\nCurrently 100% remote work arrangements (minimal travel may be required per client need)\n\nIf you’re interested, so are we!
