growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nSalesforce Platform Administration\nServe as the primary owner of Salesforce platform administration across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.\nOwn day-to-day platform operations including org configuration, user access, permissions, limits, storage, and performance monitoring.Define, maintain, and execute sandbox strategies, including creation, refresh schedules, data seeding,masking, and cleanup, aligned with compliance requirements.\n\nMonitor and proactively manage Salesforce limits, API usage, storage consumption, and background\nprocesses to prevent disruptions.\nEnsure consistent configuration standards, documentation, and operational readiness across all regions.\n\nDevSecOps & Copado\nOwn the Salesforce DevSecOps capability, including roadmap, standards, and maturity model.\nAct as the single point of accountability for Salesforce CI/CD across all regions and delivery pipelines.\nConfigure, govern, and continuously improve Copado pipelines, supporting standard releases, back-promotions, hotfixes, and rollback scenarios.\nValidate and execute deployments while enforcing release standards in collaboration with Release.\n\nManagement and Technical Leads.\nMaintain and evolve integrations with Jira, Change Enablement / ORR, and DevLake.\nDrive automation and standardization to reduce manual deployment effort and delivery risk.\nImplement and enforce security controls within CI/CD pipelines, including quality gates, audit-ready traceability, and alignment with enterprise security and compliance standard\nAbove primary responsibilities are the core focus of the role and a key success measure.\n\nSalesforce Environment & Release Operations\nCoordinate platform readiness for releases, including environment validation, configuration checks, and deployment windows.\nPartner with Operation Leads to ensure Salesforce environments are aligned, stable, and deployment ready.\nMaintain environment configuration baselines and ensure consistency across sandboxes and production.\nSupport hotfixes and emergency changes from a platform operations perspective.\n\nSecurity, Access & Compliance\nOwn Salesforce user access management, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access reviews in alignment with enterprise IAM (e.g., SailPoint).\nManage Salesforce certificates, keys, and security configurations, including DKIM and integration credentials.\nPartner with Enterprise Security teams to enforce Salesforce security posture, review AppExchange\napplications, and align platform controls with organizational security standards.\nEmbed security and quality control early (shift-left) within CI/CD pipelines.\nAct as first-line administrative support for audits (e.g., NIST, Hyper Proof, DR), ensuring artifacts and evidence are readily available.\n\nPlatform Monitoring, Stability & Incident Support\nMonitor platform health, integrations, batch jobs, scheduled processes, and asynchronous activity.\nProactively identify risks related to performance, limits, data growth, and integrations.\nSupport incident resolution, participate in root-cause analysis, and implement preventative administrative controls.\n\nLeadership, Enablement & Collaboration\nLine-manage and mentor DevSecOps/Admin Engineers based in India, acting as escalation point.\nProvide hands-on expertise for complex deployments, platform issues, and pipeline optimizations.\nCollaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Architects, QA, Release Management, and Security\nteams globally.\nSupport onboarding, enablement, and adoption of Salesforce DevSecOps and platform standards.\nMaintain a hands-on contribution level of 40-60%, balancing leadership with execution.\n\nRequired Profile Must Have\n7+ years of Salesforce Platform Admin experience\n5+ years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps / Release Management\n3+ years of hands-on Copado experience (governance orgs, pipelines, quality gates)\nStrong understanding of Salesforce environments, metadata, and deployment models\nExperience with Git based version control and pull request workflows\nProven experience leading or coordinating a small technical team\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with automated testing strategies\nFamiliarity with DevLake or pipeline metrics\nExperience working in a Center of Excellence / shared services model\nCopado and/or Salesforce certifications (preferred, not mandatory)\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in computer science,
