We care about our people and we care about our customers. \n\nAbout the Role: \nThe SFMC Solution Architect, Marketing Cloud Engagement, partners with clients to successfully deploy and adopt Salesforce solutions that support their business goals. This role works closely with clients and internal project teams to configure solutions, gather requirements, perform testing, deliver training, and support go-live activities.\nThis position is ideal for a Salesforce professional who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with customers, and learning new technologies in a fast-paced consulting environment.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nClient Delivery\nParticipate in Salesforce implementation projects of varying size and complexity.\nSupport the gathering and documentation of business requirements through discovery sessions and client meetings.\nConfigure Salesforce solutions based on documented business requirements and best practices.\nAssist with data migration, validation, and system testing activities.\nExecute and document functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).\nCreate and maintain project documentation, training materials, and user guides.\nDeliver client demonstrations and end-user training sessions.\nAssist clients during application launch and go-live activities.\nProvide post-implementation support and issue resolution prior to transition to ongoing support teams.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to clients and project teams.\nClient Responsibilities\nBuild positive and professional relationships with client stakeholders.\nCommunicate project updates, progress, and action items both internally and externally in a timely manner.\nRespond to client inquiries and requests with a high level of customer service.\nParticipate in client workshops, meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions.\nEscalate project risks, issues, and blockers appropriately.\nInternal Project Team Responsibilities\nCollaborate with architects, developers, project managers, and fellow consultants to deliver successful projects.\nParticipate in project planning, status meetings, and internal team discussions.\nContribute to project documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts.\nSupport internal initiatives focused on improving delivery processes and best practices.\nMaintain accurate project-related documentation and time tracking.\nResponsibilities to Management\nProvide timely and accurate project status updates.\nEscalate project concerns, risks, and resource needs as appropriate.\nMeet utilization, quality, and professional development expectations.\nPursue ongoing learning and Salesforce certification goals.\nDemonstrate company values and contribute positively to team culture.\nEducation & Experience Requirements: \nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration, implementation, consulting, business systems, or a related technical role.\nExperience working directly with customers or internal stakeholders.\nExperience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce Cloud preferred.\nExposure to software implementation projects or business process improvement initiatives preferred.\nSalesforce certifications a plus or the ability to obtain Salesforce Certifications within six months of hire.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.\nComfortable facilitating meetings, training sessions, and client discussions.\nProficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and business processes.\nAbility to learn new technologies and business domains quickly.\nCommitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer experiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious consulting, professional services, or client-facing experience.\nExperience working in a SaaS or technology environment.\nWhat We Offer: \nCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives\nComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance\nOpportunities for professional development and career growth\nA collaborative and inclusive work environment\nWhy You Should Join Us: \n100% CEO approval on Glassdoor\nSmall but mighty team of ~150 Engagers \nValues that drive us: Be Great at What You Do, Be Growth Oriented, Be a Team Player, Own It\nCurrently 100% remote work arrangements \nIf you’re interested, so are we!
