We value how you reason, communicate, and align people more than rigid methodologies or process theater.\nWe are currently looking to add a Brand Designer to our team to design innovative and user-friendly software products for our clients, working remotely from anywhere in the country.\nThis role will be responsible for the entire brand creation process: understanding client needs, translating brand strategy into compelling visual identities, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to bring concepts to life and deliver high-quality brand assets for digital and print environments.\nOur clients and products are as diverse as the tools we use. We’re looking for a generalist with a strong problem-solving mindset-someone who enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment.\nIf you’re passionate about crafting brands that stand out, inspire, and connect with people, you’ll feel right at home at Litebox\nRequirements\nMore than 5 years of experience in branding with a focus on digital and interactive design.\nFluent English.\nProficiency in key design and prototyping tools (Adobe CS and Figma).\nA strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in these areas.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining an organized workflow.\nPassion for creativity and design, with a strong aesthetic sensibility.\nAbility to communicate design decisions effectively to clients.\nProactive attitude, always staying up to date with industry trends and best design practices.\nExcellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.\nTeamwork and effective collaboration.\nResponsibilities\nHelp guide the creative direction of our largest and most exciting clients.\nTranslate clients’ brand strategies into functional and expressive brand identity systems that help solve their large-scale challenges.\nManage existing brand systems, understanding current aesthetics and design guidelines (brandbook), ensuring visual consistency across all platforms, and actively seeking opportunities to improve and expand their visual communications.\nPresent and defend concepts directly to clients, shaping ideas and communicating them effectively.\nAnticipate production and conceptual challenges to ask the right questions to both the client and the team, and provide solutions for future issues.\nDesign various assets aligned with the established branding, including presentations, social media ads, blog visuals, merchandising, newsletters, etc.It’s a big plus if you:\n\nHave experience in UX/UI and can design websites while collaborating with developers and other designers to create effective solutions.
