We work with some of the most innovative companies in Silicon Valley - partnering with startups and tech leaders in San Francisco to craft digital experiences we can genuinely be proud of. We believe that how we work matters just as much as what we ship.\nAs an AI-First company, we look for leaders who think like makers: curious, pragmatic, and eager to leverage every tool at their disposal - especially AI - to accelerate problem-solving, unblock teams, and elevate execution. We value how you reason, communicate, and align people more than rigid methodologies or process theater.\nWe’re currently looking to add a Content Strategist to our team who can design innovative and user-friendly software products for our clients.\nIf you’re passionate about helping create amazing apps and websites, Litebox is the place for you\nLocation: LATAM, Remote\nType: Contractor\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in content strategy or copywriting, with a strong focus on marketing and growth.\nDefine and document the foundational content systems for Litebox: tone of voice frameworks, naming conventions, and reusable content guidelines across projects and clients.\nExperience defining tone of voice, naming conventions, or content guidelines from scratch.\nAct as the go-to reference on content judgment for design, product, and growth teams.\nLead end-to-end content audits and identify structural opportunities, not just point fixes.\nPartner closely with growth on content strategy for marketing sites and landing pages, translating business goals into conversion-focused messaging.\nWrite and elevate the standard of marketing copy for landing pages and marketing sites.\nProven track record writing conversion-focused copy for marketing sites and landing pages.\nTranslate technical concepts into accessible, human-centered language for our clients’ audiences.\nApply and champion SEO and content strategy best practices, built into content architecture from the start rather than bolted on after.\nStrong SEO judgment applied to content strategy, not just technical optimization.\nBring AI into the everyday workflow - using AI tooling to speed up research, copy iteration, message testing, and content optimization at scale.\nReal, day-to-day experience using AI tools as part of your workflow - not occasional experimentation.\nComfortable working with devtools, SaaS, or technically complex products - clients with a strong digital-first, product-driven mindset.\nAbility to operate with high autonomy in ambiguous contexts.\nComfortable working fully remote, in distributed teams with flexible processes.\nBilingual (English and Spanish).\nWe help our clients build and scale their digital products, designing and developing solutions that make us proud every day.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2854,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All
