defining architecture and choosing the right tools and technologies.\nDrive the development of high-impact product features, ensuring performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.\nLeverage share best practices across teams.\nRequirements\nWe’re looking for someone who has…\n7+ years of experience in software development, ideally building digital products in cross-functional teams.\n3+ years of experience leading development teams and guiding technical decisions.\nDeep expertise in Next.js/React and TypeScript.\nStrong back-end experience with NodeJS and NestJS, and a solid grasp of software architecture, database design, and security.\nStrong experience with styling tools like TailwindCSS, and animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.\nAdvanced knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).\nStrong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance.\nExperience integrating and customizing CMSs (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, Contentful) for dynamic applications.\nDeep knowledge of the AWS and Vercel ecosystems, including deployment workflows and performance optimization.\nExperience working with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.\nProven ability to conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and uphold coding standards.\nAbility to give and receive feedback constructively, promoting continuous improvement.\nExperience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, v0, GitHub Copilot) and promoting their adoption across teams.\nEnglish proficiency (B2 or higher).\nNice to have\nExperience with React
