We work with some of the most innovative companies in Silicon Valley - partnering with startups and tech leaders in San Francisco to craft digital experiences we can genuinely be proud of. We believe that how we work matters just as much as what we ship.\nAs an AI-First company, we look for leaders who think like makers: curious, pragmatic, and eager to leverage every tool at their disposal - especially AI - to accelerate problem-solving, unblock teams, and elevate execution. We value how you reason, communicate, and align people more than rigid methodologies or process theater.\nWe’re currently looking to add a Technical Writer to our team who can produce high-quality technical content for our developer tools clients - from in-depth blog posts and documentation to product narratives that resonate with engineering audiences.\nIf you’re an engineer (or engineer-brained) who loves writing, and you want to help developer tools companies communicate what they’ve built - Litebox is the place for you\nLocation: LATAM, Remote\nType: Contractor\nRequirements\nResearch, test, and write long-form technical content (blog posts, tutorials, how-to guides) for developer tools products - including hands-on use of the tools being covered.\n\nTranslate complex technical concepts - APIs, CLIs, SDKs, infrastructure, performance systems - into clear, accurate, and engaging writing for developer audiences.\n\nCollaborate with design and strategy teams to align technical content with product positioning, brand tone, and marketing goals.\n\nProduce content for multiple formats: blog articles, documentation drafts, video scripts, product demos, and release notes.\n\nDefine and maintain technical content guidelines, terminology standards, and style conventions across client deliverables.\n\nValidate technical accuracy independently - set up environments, run CLI commands, test integrations, and verify that every step in a tutorial actually works.\n\nApply SEO best practices to technical content without compromising depth or developer credibility.\n\nWork asynchronously in a remote, multidisciplinary team alongside designers, PMs, and client stakeholders.\n\nStrong technical background - ideally with experience in software engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, or adjacent fields.\n\nProven writing skills: ability to produce polished, well-structured long-form content in English.\n\nCuriosity, self-direction, and a high bar for accuracy.\n\nFluent in English (written and spoken).\n\nNice to Have\nExperience writing for developer tools, dev infrastructure, or open-source projects.\n\nFamiliarity with documentation-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git, static site generators like Docusaurus or Mintlify).\n\nExposure to content strategy or SEO for technical audiences.\n\nPortfolio of technical writing samples or published engineering blog posts.\n\nWe help our clients build and scale their digital products, designing and developing solutions that make us proud every day.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3037,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"Advanced
