This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how AI is practically applied to solve real business challenges at scale.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDevelop and deploy AI-powered solutions that improve business efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance employee productivity. \nPartner with stakeholders across the organization to identify high-value opportunities for automation and deliver impactful AI-enabled solutions. \nIntegrate AI capabilities into existing systems, applications, and workflows to drive operational effectiveness and user adoption. \nBuild and maintain scalable AI applications, automations, and integrations that support evolving business needs. \nLeverage generative AI, copilots, and workflow technologies to simplify processes and create better user experiences. \nEnsure AI solutions are secure, reliable, and aligned with established governance and data privacy standards. \nServe as a technical resource for troubleshooting, optimizing, and continuously improving AI-enabled solutions. \nContribute to a culture of innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and recommending new capabilities that create business value. \nWe’re committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n2-4 years of experience developing software applications, automation solutions, AI-enabled technologies, or business process workflows. \nHands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development tools. \nExperience developing solutions using technologies such as Python, Power Platform, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry, or similar platforms. \nDemonstrated background in backend IT operations, including Azure administration, web hosting, identity management, and support of enterprise AI platforms. \nExperience integrating applications and services through APIs, connectors, and cloud-based technologies. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills. \nNice to Haves:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. \nExperience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform, or other enterprise AI platforms. \nFamiliarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and data privacy considerations. \nExperience with containerization technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, SaaS environments, or modern cloud architectures. \nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
