If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n0-2 years of software engineering experience, including internships, academic projects, or professional experience.\nProficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.\nFoundational understanding of software development principles, object-oriented design, and version control systems such as Git.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills, a growth mindset, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies in an AI-first engineering environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\nNice to Haves:\nExposure to full-stack web development using .NET/C#, REST APIs, or similar modern application frameworks.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.\nExperience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants.\nFamiliarity with Agile development practices, legal technology, data analytics, AI/ML applications, or experience in fast-paced environments through projects, open-source work, or hackathons.\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
