It aligns with the employees journey, from the onboarding experience through to fully-productive skillset for all employees. The role will be the front line for all global IT Support and will be the key enabler of consistent service across all regions and therefore is a key part of the IT team.\n\nWhat You'll Deliver\n\nProvide support to end users on various services and tools as they relate to their day-to-day work.\n\nTier 1 and Tier 2 service-related responsibilities\n\nMonitor and manage the ticketing system for the global teams\n\nNew user setup of hardware, software, operating systems, account management and setting up corporate environments\n\nSupport of Microsoft 0365 multi-tenant environment\n\nProvide remote support to users (globally, remote users and offices)\n\nAsset management of inventory and all IT related equipment\n\nAssist with the rollout of new IT solutions\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n\n3+ years’ experience supporting Windows and MAC OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Microsoft Teams.\n\nGood customer service/support skills and an understanding of what it takes to provide good technical support to both local and remote users\n\nAbility to calmly and rationally assess competing priorities while under pressure from end-users\n\nAbility to quickly acquire an understanding of a technical issue and identify practical resolution options, weighing each option’s upsides and downsides\n\nPrevious experience with problem solving in a troubleshooting environment\n\nUnderstanding of Windows 10, Mac OS, Windows VMs, Office 365, Azure and VMware.\n\nBachelor's Degree with Computer Science or related fields\n\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box.
