This is a role for someone who wants their strategic vision and people leadership to translate into measurable business impact, stronger client relationships, and a more connected, high-performing organization.\nWhat You'll Deliver \nSet the strategic direction for the solutions engineering team, building a high-performing culture that aligns execution with business goals.\nEnsure client solutions are scalable, technically sound, and grounded in industry best practices, serving as a trusted advisor along the way.\nStrengthen client relationships and drive high levels of satisfaction through effective, consultative delivery.\nDefine and track KPIs that give senior leadership clear visibility into team performance and impact.\nDeepen cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and Consulting to deliver seamless client experiences and keep the organization ahead of industry trends.\nWhat You'll Bring \nMust-Haves:\n10+ years in professional services leadership\nExperience leading large global teams\nSaaS experience \nPMO or PMO build-out experience\nStrong communication and people skills\nComfortable speaking with clients, joining sales calls, handling escalations, and potentially traveling to customers\nHighly adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, “cut first, iterate later” environment\nNice-to-Haves:\nMaster's degree or advanced certifications\nLegal industry experience\nService sales background\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box.
