If you’re energized by scale, real impact, and meaningful challenges, you’ll feel right at home here.\nWhere You’ll Work \nThis is a hybrid role based in Raleigh with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.\nWhy this Role Matters \nThe Senior Manager of Treasury is responsible for overseeing day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and financial risk support. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective treasury operations aligned with company objectives. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nManage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, forecasting, and reporting\nSupport the development and execution of treasury strategies aligned with organizational goals\nMaintain and manage global banking relationships, including coordination of services and fee reviews\nOversee cash flow planning to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs\nSupport investment and funding activities in line with established risk and liquidity guidelines\nAssist with debt administration, including tracking compliance with financial covenants and reporting requirements\nPartner with Finance, Accounting, and FP&A teams to support financial planning and analysis\nMonitor financial risk exposures (e.g., interest rate, foreign exchange) and support mitigation strategies\nEnsure treasury processes comply with internal controls, policies, and external requirements\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability\nManage and develop treasury team members (or individual contributors, as applicable), providing coaching and guidance\nServe as a key point of contact for treasury-related operational questions across the business\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-haves:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field\n6+ years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance\nPrior experience managing or leading treasury operations, projects, or team members\nWorking knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and liquidity planning\nExperience supporting debt compliance, forecasting, or risk management activities\nFamiliarity with treasury management systems and financial software (Kyriba)\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with finance and business partners\nNice-To-Haves:\nCTP (Certified Treasury Professional) certification preferred but not required\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
