If you need an accommodation, please let us know and we’ll work with you to meet your needs.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of bringing products to market\nDemonstrable familiarity with generative AI and Large Language Model technology\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred\nStrong strategic thinking with the ability to translate market opportunity into actionable product roadmaps\nExperience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle\nExcellent executive communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders\nNice to Haves:\nExperience in the legal technology market or a related professional services industry\nBackground in security or governance product development\nStrong analytical skills with experience making data-driven product decisions\nExperience managing product budgets and driving ROI-focused resource allocation\nGreat candidates don’t check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to earn commission based on performance. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
