You'll drive strategic R&D initiatives from planning through delivery, partnering with engineering leaders, cross-functional program managers, and international teams to keep complex projects on track. This is a high-visibility role where you'll directly influence the pace and quality of Litera's product innovation-owning the rhythm of how work moves from idea to impact.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDrive strategic R&D projects end-to-end, from planning and resourcing through execution and delivery, ensuring initiatives land on time and meet their objectives.\nOwn program management for active R&D integrations, including planning, status tracking, reporting, and meeting facilitation across cross-functional teams.\nBuild and maintain integrated project plans with clearly assigned responsibilities, dependencies, and critical path visibility for leadership and stakeholders.\nChampion Litera's RCDOs (Rally Cry Defining Objectives), ensuring consistency and quality of data, tracking program progress, and surfacing risks early.\nManage competing priorities, shifting timelines, and project changes with confidence-escalating risks and recommending solutions before they become blockers.\nDeliver clear, regular reporting on project health, progress, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n8+ years of project or program management experience in a technology environment.\nDemonstrated experience working within Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, or SAFe.\nExperience leading technical projects spanning infrastructure, software development, and product delivery.\nProven track record supporting integration projects across complex technical environments.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nHigh attention to detail with strong facilitation and organizational skills.\n\nNice to Haves:\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams across multiple time zones.\nComfort operating in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities shift and ambiguity is the norm.\nA bias toward action-you keep things moving and find ways to get things done.\nA strong desire to keep learning and growing in the craft of project management.\nGreat candidates don't check every box.
