By leading security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and continuous security improvements, you will help ensure a resilient and compliant security posture. Your work will directly support business continuity, safeguard enterprise assets, and strengthen trust across the organization and with our customers.\nWhatYou’llDeliver\nMonitor, investigate, and respond to security threats and incidents across cloud and on-prem environments.\n\nLead vulnerability management efforts, including risk assessment, remediation, and escalation.\n\nImplement and maintain security controls aligned with Zero Trust and security best practices.\n\nPartner with IT, DevOps, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to strengthen security posture.\n\nSupport compliance initiatives, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, audit readiness, and policy management.\n\nDrive continuous improvement through security automation, cloud security enhancements, and emerging technology adoption.\n\nStay current on evolving cyber threats and recommend security improvements across the organization.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust Haves:\n5+ yrs years cybersecurity experience, SOC exposure preferred\n\nExperience operating in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc)\n\nFamiliarity with a SIEM & SOAR platform; Familiarity with Sentinel/Defender a plus\n\nBasic scripting experience; Python/PowerShell a plus\n\nAwareness of security frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF).\n\nEducation & Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nPreferred certifications: CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, Any cloud security\n\nNice to Haves:\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nUnyielding sense of curiosity and a strong desire to get to the “why”.\n\nChallenges assumptions and approaches problems from unique perspectives when needed.\n\nHigh adaptability and continuous learning mindset.\n\nPassion for spreading security awareness and best practices.\n\nWhat You’ll Experience\nAteamthat shows up.
