You’ll partner with Engineering, Product Management, and leaders across the organization, up to the CTO, to turn new AI capabilities into real products and efficiencies. This is a high-visibility, pioneering opportunity to shape how a market-leading company adopts the newest development technologies.\nWhere You’ll Work\nThis is a hybrid role based in Denver, Colorado with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nGenAI-powered features and agents that improve Litera’s market products and internal processes, built with tools like Devin, Cline, Replit, and Cursor.\nTeams of virtual developers that you lead and govern, delivering clean, maintainable, extensible code with minimal defects.\nProduct and feature ideas translated into technical designs and development tasks, in close partnership with Engineering and Product Management.\nOngoing research and evaluation of new technologies and dev agents, documented with a clear view of their potential value for Litera.\nCompany-wide GenAI adoption, driven through your role as evangelist and through sessions and webinars that spread knowledge across Engineering.\nNew opportunities to apply GenAI to process challenges and inefficiencies, identified in conversation with groups across the organization.\nSecure, well-built solutions that reflect software and security best practices, including object-oriented design patterns, SOLID, and the OWASP Top 10.\nReliable execution on priorities, estimates, deadlines, and deliverables.\nLitera is committed to an inclusive and accessible hiring process. If you need an accommodation at any point, please let us know and we’ll work with you.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves\n5+ years of software development experience, with strong backend competence in .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web/REST APIs.\n5+ years of experience with a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte) and TypeScript.\n4+ years of experience with SQL Azure (preferred) or SQL Server, plus unit testing frameworks such as xUnit and MSTest.\nAI development experience, including LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), prompt engineering, embeddings/vectorization/semantic similarity, and RAG.\nExperience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Bit, and Visual Studio Code (preferred) or Visual Studio.\nStrong visioning, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage everyone from peers to directors to the CTO, and to multitask across competing priorities.\nNice-to-Haves\nPostgreSQL.\nDocker.\nAzure, AWS, or GCP.\nGitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Codex, or Devin.\nGreat candidates don’t check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
