Working within a Scrum team alongside developers, QA engineers, architects, and product managers, you’ll design and deliver front-end and back-end solutions across C#/.NET, Dynamics 365, and Azure. This is a hands-on engineering role where your code ships to production, your ideas influence the product, and your AI-first mindset helps the team build smarter and faster.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDesign and deliver robust front-end and back-end software solutions using C#, .NET, and the Microsoft technology stack - shipping features that directly impact how legal professionals work.\nCollaborate within a Scrum framework alongside developers, QA engineers, architects, and product managers to move work from requirements through delivery with quality and speed.\nBring an AI-first mentality to your engineering workflow, leveraging tools like Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate development and raise the bar on productivity.\nOwn the quality of your work end-to-end - from resolving defects with QA to creating and maintaining clear solution documentation.\nContribute to Litera’s coding standards, security practices, and engineering principles - and recommend improvements when you see a better way.\nContinuously expand your technical skill set across Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of what’s next.\nLitera is committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process. If you need an accommodation, please let us know and we’ll work with you to meet your needs.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n5+ years of experience in a commercial software development environment.\nStrong skills in C# and .NET with hands-on experience building Microsoft technology-based front-end and back-end solutions.\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 /Power Apps experience.\nAI-first mentality with experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.\nSolid understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem, including jQuery, React, or TypeScript.\nExcellent problem-solving ability, strong communication skills, and comfort working collaboratively within an agile team.\nNice to Haves:\nExperience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Key Vaults, Cosmos DB, and Azure DevOps.\nFamiliarity with SharePoint Online, the SharePoint Framework, or Microsoft Graph.\nExposure to Power Automate, Power Apps Model Driven Apps, or PCF Controls.\nExperience with feature flagging techniques such as LaunchDarkly.\nGreat candidates don’t check every box.
