If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you.\nWhat You'll Bring\n Must-Haves:\n3+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and delivering production software.\nExperience building full-stack applications, APIs, and web-based solutions using modern frameworks and technologies such as C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, and Node.js.\nAn AI-first mindset with familiarity using GenAI tools.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and collaborative development practices including Git and code reviews.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience\nNice to Haves:\nExperience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure automation, or deployment processes.\nExperience integrating AI or GenAI capabilities into software products, workflows, or customer-facing solutions.\nFamiliarity with modern architecture patterns, including REST APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-native applications.\nExperience supporting high-availability SaaS platforms, application security initiatives, observability tools, or working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
