By partnering directly with legal professionals, you will translate complex workflows into practical solutions that deliver measurable value and improve user engagement. You will collaborate cross-functionally to influence product direction, inform customer strategy, and ensure our solutions meet evolving legal needs. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, product growth, and long-term retention.\nWhat You’ll Deliver\nDrive product adoption and engagement across assigned accounts, helping customers realize measurable value\nPartner with customers to develop and execute success plans that increase usage and strengthen long-term relationships\nDeliver impactful enablement through training, consultations, and best-practice guidance, including GenAI usage\nUse customer insights and usage data to identify growth opportunities and recommend targeted engagement strategies\nBuild strong customer advocacy through champions, case studies, and testimonials\nInfluence product direction by surfacing customer feedback, use cases, and market insights\nLead onboarding and rollout strategies to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption\nAlign with Customer Success, Product, and Revenue teams to support growth, retention, and renewal outcomes\nWe’re committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nMust-Haves:\n2+ years’ experience practicing law in a top-tier law firm or in-house corporate legal team, or 5+ years’ experience in Consulting, Customer Success, or a related SaaS role\nProven ability to deliver high-quality work at pace with measurable outcomes\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders\nConsultative mindset with the ability to influence customers and guide best practices\nSelf-motivated and adaptable in a fast-changing technology environment\nExperience working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder feedback effectively\nNice-to-Haves:\nExperience working in LegalTech or with legal workflows\nBackground in transactional law\nExperience supporting or enabling GenAI or AI-driven product usage\nExperience in enterprise customer-facing or adoption-focused roles\nWe know great candidates don’t always check every box.
